What are your hours of operation?
In order to accommodate our customers across the country, SMM has staff available to accommodate all US Time Zones.

Where are SMM’s services offered?
SMM provides nationwide coverage in the United States. We offer service in all fifty states, Puerto Rico and Guam. For more information about our services, in general, click here.

What insurance carriers do you work with?
SMM has the ability to process, coordinate and complete paramedical requirements for the majority of the life insurance carriers within the industry. If for any reason you do not see a specific carrier on our list, please contact us.

Who is my SMM Customer Service Account Representative?
Every customer is assigned to a direct point of contact at our home office. Please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with the name and contact information of your Customer Service Account Representative.

Can you email me completed exam requirements?
In order to comply with applicable federal & state laws, and to ensure the best protection for your clients' information, SMM is not permitted to email customers the completed exam requirements. Our customers have access to securely retrieve the completed exams online if permitted by the insurance carrier.
